Youth Protection Program Registration

University or Auxiliary Department Program or Activity Reminders

All youth programs or activities must be registered with the University at least thirty (30) days before their scheduled start date. 

To ensure adequate time for review, approval, and support, early registration—ideally sixty (60) days in advance—is strongly recommended.

No youth programs or activities can proceed without approval from Risk Management, Youth Protection Program.

Third-Party Program Guidance

Form Completion & Communication: Third-party organizers should complete the required registration form to the best of their ability and maintain regular communication with their primary University department or contact.

Booking Reservations: Please note that Risk Management does not oversee space bookings or reservations. All space-related inquiries should be directed to the department or office managing your event location.

Please be aware that due to the high volume of requests and staffing shortages, responses may be delayed.
