Representatives to the CSU Academic Senate

Three faculty represent Sacramento State on the California State University Academic Senate. (CSUAS). The term of appointment is three years. The Academic Senators attend monthly meetings of the statewide Academic Senate, which are held at the Chancellor's Office in Long Beach, serve on various other systemwide committees, which frequently require significant time commitments, and also have the responsibility of reporting back on these activities to their home campus. Elections are held each spring.
